Agthia’s story began in 1978, inspired by the vision of the UAE’s late Founding Father, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. His commitment to strengthening the nation’s food security laid the groundwork for what Agthia Group has become today.

Over the years, that vision has grown into a diverse food and beverage business spanning four major categories, with products now reaching more than 60 countries around the world.

Formally established in 2004, Agthia Group is today a leading food and beverage company headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The company is publicly listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) under the symbol AGTHIA, and is part of ADQ, one of the region’s largest holding companies supporting Abu Dhabi’s economic growth.

Agthia operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Turkey, and Jordan. Its portfolio includes trusted and well-known brands that serve consumers across the UAE, the GCC, Turkey, and the wider Middle East.
