Julphar is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Middle East and Africa and a leading global producer of insulin. Founded in 1980 under the guidance of Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the late ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Julphar has been delivering high-quality, innovative, and affordable healthcare solutions to families worldwide.

We are one of the largest producers of diabetes medicines in the MENA region and the only insulin manufacturer in the UAE. Julphar employs around 3,000 people and distributes products to over 40 countries across five continents. Our 10 internationally accredited manufacturing facilities can produce up to one million boxes of medicine per day.
