I am writing to apply for a Junior Accountant / Accounting Executive position in your organization. I am a Master of Commerce graduate with 1.5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a Chartered Accountant firm, along with strong academic knowledge in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
I worked at Jacob & Jacob, Chartered Accountants, India, for one and a half years, where I was actively involved in day-to-day accounting operations. My responsibilities included voucher entries in Tally Prime, handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, petty cash management, and daily bank reconciliations. I also supported Tally training activities and ensured accuracy in financial records and documentation.
In addition, I completed an internship at Ajila & Co., Chartered Accountants, where I gained practical exposure to accounting practices and auditing procedures under the guidance of certified professionals. This experience helped strengthen my understanding of compliance, financial controls, and professional work standards.
I am proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office, and I am known for being detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn. I am currently based in Dubai on a visit visa and am keen to contribute my skills to a growth-oriented organization while further developing my accounting career in the UAE.
