Established in 1984, RAKGAS is a state-owned energy company supporting the energy needs and economic growth of Ras Al Khaimah.
The company began with natural gas operations and distribution and has since expanded its services to include fuel, power solutions, and oil and gas exploration.
RAKGAS uses its knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah’s geology to explore and develop local hydrocarbon resources. At the same time, the company is working toward more sustainable energy solutions by increasing its focus on cleaner and transitional fuels.
