S.K.M Air Conditioning LLC is a leading manufacturer of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in the Gulf region. Established to meet the growing demand for quality indoor climate solutions in some of the world’s toughest climates, SKM offers a wide range of premium, internationally certified products.
Over the years, SKM has supplied HVAC solutions to major blue-chip companies, government agencies, and large-scale projects across the region. The company has been recognized with the Sharjah Economic Excellence Award (Gold Category) and holds ISO certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Its products are certified by globally recognized organizations like AHRI, TUV, UL, and ADQ.
Manufacturing Facilities
Sharjah, UAE
Located in Industrial Area 13, SKM’s Sharjah facility spans 75,000 m² and is one of the largest air conditioning manufacturing plants in the Middle East. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, the factory produces a wide range of HVAC solutions certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Dammam, Saudi Arabia
To serve the regional market, SKM opened a second factory in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City in 2002. This facility focuses on producing high-quality air conditioning equipment and also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
Our Journey
1974 – SKM started manufacturing air conditioning equipment in Sharjah, partnering with global manufacturers for technical expertise.
1984 – Expanded the Sharjah facility and began licensed production of packaged and ducted split AC units.
1994 – Introduced energy-efficient products tailored for the Gulf’s climate through a technology transfer agreement.
1995 – Achieved ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems.
2002 – Relocated the Sharjah facility to a modern 43,000 m² plant and established the Dammam factory.
2003 – Opened a R&D and testing laboratory to support innovation.
2005–2018 – Over the years, SKM earned numerous certifications including TUV, AHRI, UL, SASO, and developed specialized products such as Modular Air Handling Units, Hygienic AHUs, Inverter Package Units, while winning awards for export and manufacturing excellence.
