The National Insurance Company – Daman is the UAE’s leading health insurance provider, serving over 3 million members with tailored health coverage. Established in 2005 and starting operations in 2006, Daman was the country’s first dedicated health insurer.
In 2025, Daman updated its legal name to reflect its expansion beyond health insurance into Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, following earlier diversification with the Daman Gratuity and Employee Benefits (GEB) Trust in 2024.
