Dr. Jose A. Aguirre, MD, SFHM
Dr. Aguirre is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
With over 16 years of experience, Dr. Aguirre has treated adult patients in hospital settings and uses his expertise to manage complex health issues. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is an active member of the American College of Physicians, the Society of Hospital Medicine, and the Florida Medical Association.
Ms. Mildred Taveras, PA-C
Mildred Taveras graduated from Universidad Technologica de Santiago, School of Medicine and completed an internship at the Armed Forces Hospital, where she earned her license to practice medicine in the Dominican Republic.
Since 2003, Mildred has worked as a physician assistant in hospitals, nursing homes, and primary care settings. She specializes in preventive care and managing chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, hypertension, lung diseases, osteoarthritis, and diabetes, with a special focus on senior patients.
