School Governance
Strong leadership and good governance play an important role in creating a successful learning environment.
Our Principal leads the school’s academic direction and is responsible for ensuring that every decision supports student learning, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Principal oversees the school’s performance, planning, and development. Together, they maintain open communication with students, parents, staff, and the wider community to ensure the school continues to grow and improve.
The School Governing Board provides guidance and oversight, working alongside the Principal and staff to maintain high standards and support the school’s long-term success. Their focus is to ensure quality education, accountability, and ongoing improvement across all areas of the school.

I am writing to express my interest in a teaching position within your respected institution. I am a qualified Arabic teacher with 20 years of experience, 13 years in Egypt and 7 years in the UAE.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Literature, and Islamic Sciences from Cairo University, as well as a Diploma in Education from Al Ain University. I have received ADEK appointment litter from the Department of Education and Knowledge to teach Arabic at the middle and high school levels , along with ADEK appointment litter to teach Islamic Studies at the middle and high school levels. I also hold a valid TLS license until 2028.
Currently, I am teaching at Al Ghad charters school in MBZ, Abu Dhabi, which follows the American curriculum. In addition to my current role, I have previous experience teaching within the British curriculum, giving me a broad understanding of international educational systems. I am committed to delivering high-quality instruction based on modern pedagogical strategies and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
