Founded in 2016, Windmills Group is a leading provider of asset valuation, building consulting, and management advisory services in the UAE. We specialize in precise, fast, and cost-effective valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and trade-related properties. Our expertise also extends to plant, machinery, equipment, airplanes, ships, automobiles, and industrial locomotives.
With over 800 corporate and institutional clients and thousands of individual clients, we are widely recognized and approved by banks. Our services are built on scientific valuation models, fast turnaround times, competitive fees, international expertise, and global solutions.
Windmills operates from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman, and provides international valuation services in 13 countries. We are licensed by DLD and RERA, and follow International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the Emirates Book of Valuation Standards (EBVS). Our leadership team, including our Chairman, are professional members of RICS (MRICS).
We pride ourselves on understanding our clients’ needs. Our team is multilingual, speaking Arabic, English, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog, Nepali, Turkish, Indonesian, Dutch, and Afrikaans, and we provide female valuers for the comfort of our female clients.

Windmills is one of the largest valuation organizations in the UAE, supported by highly qualified professionals with experience across 16 countries. Our founder and Chairman, Mr. Bilal Moti (MRICS, MBA), brings 25 years of banking experience and 15 years in real estate investment and valuation. He also serves as Vice Chairman and Board Member of the Dubai Chamber Real Estate Valuation Advisory Group.
