This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive (Social Media) based in Abu Dhabi.

The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure social media campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Responsibilities include planning and executing content calendars, coordinating with creative and digital teams, and monitoring campaign performance across platforms.

The role also requires coordinating and managing photo/video shoots, overseeing campaign execution from planning to delivery, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include creating engaging content ideas, supporting copywriting and caption development, assisting in basic creative direction for posts/reels, tracking competitor activity, and staying updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.

The candidate will prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, provide optimization insights, and support new business activities, including proposal development, presentations, and cross-selling digital media services.QualificationsMust have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media and account management (mandatory)
  • Experience managing social media accounts, campaigns, and production shoots
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with client-facing experience
  • Proven account management experience handling multiple clients and coordinating teams
  • Hands-on experience with social media and digital media platforms
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to create content calendars and support content planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Good to have:

  • Experience in an agency or marketing consultancy environment
  • Exposure to event-led campaigns
  • Basic understanding of design tools (Canva/Adobe tools)
  • Video/reel content understanding and editing awareness
  • Sales and business development experience, including pitching and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign coordination
