Account Executive
Job Description
5th Element LLC-FZ is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team in the UAE.
Key Requirements:
– 3–5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
– Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or other ERP systems
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
– Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, and Project Accounting
– Preparing and maintaining P&L analysis
– Preferred to have work experience in the media, advertising, or marketing industry (added advantage)
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with financial policies and UAE regulations.
