Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai. You will own day-to-day client relationships across our retainers and projects, coordinating internal teams, preparing briefs, tracking deliverables, and keeping campaigns aligned with client objectives. You will lead client meetings, present recommendations and reports, resolve issues before they escalate, and spot opportunities to grow accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or client services within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management across multiple client contacts
- Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns
- Working knowledge of strategy, brand, content, social, SEO, paid media, and PR
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations, reports, and briefs
- Analytical, comfortable interpreting campaign data and KPIs to inform decisions
- Organised and detail-oriented, already based in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
- MENA experience is an advantage
