Job Description
Viola is looking for an Account Manager to join our buzzing creative agency. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and delivering high-quality campaigns and projects. This role focuses on understanding client objectives, translating them into actionable plans, and driving the execution of campaigns and activations while maintaining client satisfaction and account growth. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensures alignment across creative, strategic, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives to deliver strategic, integrated marketing and communications solutions.
- Lead the planning and end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, PR, Media, Digital, and Production, to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and oversee campaign execution from concept through to completion.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive strategic recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance and present insights, recommendations, and optimisation opportunities to clients.
- Manage project budgets, job costings, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and commercial success.
- Lead and mentor junior account team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and exceptional client service.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to drive innovation, improve campaign effectiveness, and support new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advertising, including at least 1 year in a client servicing role.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing, project management, or data analytics tools.
- Proven multi-sector expertise, with strong preference for public sector accounts.
- Previous experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable.
