Accountant 

Polyclinic.ae is a multidisciplinary premium clinic located in Jumeirah, Dubai, opened in November 2023 as part of a leading Moscow medical network with over 25 years of international healthcare experience. The clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies and provides high-quality care across dentistry and general medicine.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accountant to join our professional administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance specialist to work in a premium, fast-growing international healthcare environment.

· 📌 Responsibilities

Core Accounting Duties:

·        Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in the accounting system (1C: FirstBit ERP preferred)

·        Process and record supplier invoices for goods, services, and expenses

·        Ensure proper classification of accounts, cost centers, and expense items

·        Perform regular reconciliations with suppliers and counterparties

·        Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements

·        Record and reconcile all bank transactions across company accounts

·        Process cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records

·        Record fixed assets and ensure timely capitalization and depreciation

·        Post additional income entries (commissions, referral income, etc.)

·        Process payroll entries per employee

Tax & Compliance:

·        Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with UAE regulations

·        Support VAT refund processes and documentation

Banking & Payments:

·        Operate bank client systems based on payment schedules

·        Support payment planning and coordination with banks

Reporting & Audit:

·        Assist in internal and external audit processes

·        Prepare financial reports including:

·  Balance Sheet

·  Profit & Loss (P&L)

·  Cash Flow Statements

·        Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

· 📌 Requirements (Premium Standards)

·        Minimum 3 years of accounting experience UAE experience

·        Russian speaking preferred 

·        Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

·        Experience with 1C: FirstBit ERP is highly desirable

·        Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations (Corporate Tax knowledge is an advantage)

·        Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements

·        Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines

·        High level of professionalism and confidentiality

·        Immediate availability is an advantage
