Accountant & Office Administrator

Artisti, the exclusive owner of the premium bespoke kitchens and wardrobes brand Soféyia, is seeking a highly organized and skilled Accountant & Office Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai.

🔹 Accounting Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP & AR).
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
Process payroll, staff expenses, and petty cash.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide all required documentation.
Maintain inventory and cost tracking for premium materials and products.
🔹 Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
Follow up closely with global suppliers, local contractors, and shipping companies.
Manage company documentation, contracts, and internal filing systems.
Support procurement activities and supplier negotiations.
Monitor office administration and daily operational requirements.
Assist management in preparing reports, detailed quotations, and project documentation.
Ensure smooth and efficient communication between departments and external parties.
💼 Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting and administration.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in interior design, luxury furniture, construction, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and basic local financial regulations.
High proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organizational skills under pressure.

Solid understanding of import/export and international shipping procedures.
Proven background in project costing and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and sharp problem-solving skills.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
Location: Dubai, UAE.
