Job Description


We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IFRS and hands-on experience managing complex financial processes within large corporate or professional services environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounting and financial records.
  • Manage period-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable financial reporting requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and statutory financial submissions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Support accounting treatment assessments for complex transactions under IFRS.

Required Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience in the consulting industry is preferred.
  • 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
