Key Responsibilities:

As part of our Finance team, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including:

• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assisting with VAT, UAE Corporate Tax compliance, and audit preparation.
• Preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Working closely with departments across the business to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• CPA qualification (or working towards one) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across the business.
• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
