Role Description The Accountant at Be You Clinic will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing journal entries. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting payroll and expense processing. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, tracking clinic revenue and costs, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) and comfort working with numerical data.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and basic financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Understanding of UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a clinical business environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clinical, administrative, and management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
