🏢 We’re Hiring: Administrative Manager
Are you an experienced professional who combines accounting expertise with deep knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant & Administrative Manager to join our team and keep our financial and administrative operations running seamlessly.
📋 About the Role
As our Accountant & Administrative Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our financial and administrative operations — working closely with senior leadership to ensure full compliance with government and tax regulations, managing accounting and legal processes, and supporting HR functions. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to get things done.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day accounting – bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Leading VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and managing banking portals and KYC requirements
- Handling legal processes with local authorities – documentation clearing, trademark registration, and new corporate licenses
- Managing government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPS
- Overseeing office resources, supplies, and equipment
- Supporting the full hiring cycle – posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions for freelance visa holders
- Coordinating with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
- Supporting executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management
- Managing legal processes with local authorities, including documentation clearing, notarization, and attestation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Arabic: (C2) | English: (C1)
