Job Description

Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Dubai branch. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage administrative tasks efficiently, coordinate office activities, and contribute to maintaining a productive and well-organized logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
  • Manage filing, document preparation, and record-keeping activities.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company databases.
  • Support management with daily administrative requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company documents and information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
