Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Dubai branch. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage administrative tasks efficiently, coordinate office activities, and contribute to maintaining a productive and well-organized logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
- Manage filing, document preparation, and record-keeping activities.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and office documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update company databases.
- Support management with daily administrative requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of company documents and information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
