Job Description
Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a professional and personable Admissions Officer to join our outstanding school. This is a key role within the school, responsible for delivering a seamless admissions experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and efficiency.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for prospective families, supporting the school’s enrolment targets while upholding Cranleigh’s values and reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Admissions & Enrolment
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Guide families through the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment
- Coordinate assessments, tours, and taster sessions
- Maintain accurate records across admissions systems
- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication at all stages
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a high-quality, welcoming experience aligned with Cranleigh’s standards
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current families
- Support enrolment and marketing events
Administration & Data Management
- Manage the admissions inbox and documentation systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across platforms
- Support reporting and admissions tracking
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with academic and operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Support re-enrolment processes and student transitions
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (ideally within education or hospitality)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Experience with admissions systems (e.g. iSAMS, Sales Force, CRM platforms) is desirable
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
