Role Description The Arabic Speaker Teacher Trainer (K-12) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role focuses on training and coaching K-12 teachers in Arabic and English on the effective use of Perfect Purity’s educational resources and curricula. Responsibilities include designing and delivering workshops, demonstrations, and classroom-based training, as well as modeling best practices in pedagogy and 21st-century skills. The Teacher Trainer will collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to support implementation plans, conduct follow-up visits, and provide feedback to improve teaching outcomes. The role also involves preparing training materials, reporting on training impact, and working closely with internal teams to align training with product updates and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional and training skills, including experience delivering teacher training, workshops, or professional development in K-12 settings.
- Solid knowledge of K-12 curriculum, pedagogy, and contemporary teaching methodologies, including student-centered and skills-based approaches.
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic (native or near-native) and very good command of English, with the ability to present, explain concepts, and facilitate discussions in both languages.
- Ability to design engaging training materials, lesson demonstrations, and practical classroom activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Confident presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with teachers, coordinators, and school leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including planning training schedules, managing multiple school engagements, and documenting outcomes.
- Comfort with educational technology, digital resources, and online or blended training tools; ability to model effective use of technology in teaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic Language, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field; a teaching license or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
