Assistant Manager – Media Buying – Dubai Holding Real Estate

An opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager – Media Buying to join Dubai Holding Real Estate.
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end digital media buying, as well as supporting OOH and DOOH executions, to deliver a performance-led marketing roadmap that supports DHRE’s real estate growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Media Planning, Buying & Agency Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with appointed media agencies, ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and timely review and approval of digital media plans to drive optimal campaign performance.
- Oversee the execution of always-on and tactical digital media campaigns across the Company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and performance KPIs.
- Lead media briefings for ongoing campaigns, review media strategies and flighting, and approve campaign roll-out assets and ad formats across platforms.
Campaign Execution & Operations
- Support the marketing executive responsible for raising digital media projects in Oracle by coordinating documentation, approvals, and timelines to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and third-party translation partners to manage accurate and timely localization of campaign assets across multiple markets and languages.
- Support the planning and execution of OOH and DOOH media buying, including media recommendations, site selection inputs, creative adaptations, and post-campaign reporting.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Partner with the Analytics team to support the development of campaign performance dashboards and attribution models using Google Analytics, Power BI, and platform-level reporting.
- Monitor live campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve efficiency, reach, and conversion outcomes.
- Ensure media delivery is tracked against agreed KPIs, budgets, and timelines, escalating risks or underperformance where required.
Lead Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the CRM team to manage and optimize lead quality from media buying campaigns, supporting lead qualification, nurturing strategies, and conversion improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Analytics, and external partners to ensure integrated execution and alignment across the full marketing funnel.
Innovation, Market Expansion & Best Practices
- Evaluate emerging digital platforms, ad formats, and new geographies for future media buying opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance reach and effectiveness.
- Support always-on brand amplification and boosting campaigns across social and digital platforms to sustain brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and media innovations, sharing insights and recommendations to continuously evolve the Company’s digital media approach.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and performance marketing, gained in media agencies and/or client-side environments managing multiple accounts
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Programmatic platforms (DV360)
- Proven ability to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, long-consideration funnels, and always-on performance media
- Solid experience in performance reporting, campaign optimization, and media budget ownership
- Ability to work closely with Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Analytics teams to align media strategy with business objectives
- Experience within real estate, property, retail, hospitality, or other high-consideration sectors is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of media agency governance, processes, and controls
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Comfortable operating in a corporate, structured environment and managing multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
Preferred / Added Value
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, DV360, Meta Blueprint, Performance Marketing)
- Exposure to OOH / DOOH media planning at a foundational level
- Familiarity with enterprise finance workflows (PR/PO systems such as Oracle)
- Awareness of data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, PDPL)
