Assistant Manager Training
 

DAMAC Group is seeking an Assistant Manager – Training to support the Telesales vertical by driving capability development and performance coaching within the team based in DIFC. The role will focus on strengthening product knowledge, improving sales effectiveness, and ensuring teams are well-equipped to engage clients and secure meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver product training, refresher sessions, and training for new launches to telesales teams.
  • Conduct sales coaching and performance improvement sessions.
  • Support the telesales team in enhancing client engagement and meeting conversion capabilities.
  • Develop training content and programs tailored to telesales operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in Telesales, Contact Centers, BPO environments or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales training or coaching is preferred.
  • Experience working with UAE or India markets is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
