Job Description
Assistant Marketing Manager – Automotive
Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence and drive business growth for assigned Al Tayer Motors (ATM) brands.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing 360 degrees marketing campaigns (digital, social media, OOH, radio, events and showroom activations)
- Prepare media & creative briefs aligned with business / campaign objectives
- Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Monitor & optimize campaign performance
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and automotive product positioning
- Work closely with the regional sales team to implement local marketing initiatives
- Support CRM campaigns (email, SMS, customer lifecycle journeys)
- Regular review the website to ensure all content, pricing and product are accurate and up to date
- Work with digital team to implement updates, correction and improvement
Data Driven Performance Management
- Track campaign KPIs (lead generation, conversions, web traffic, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI & engagement
- Leverage analytic tools / dashboards to measure customer behaviour and campaign impact
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, ordering, finance, aftersales and any other within scope) to align marketing plans & priorities
- Facilitate communication between OEM & internal teams to maintain alignment with brand guidelines & expectation within scope of marketing
Internal Stakeholder & OEM Relationship Management
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, ordering, finance, aftersales and any other within scope) to align marketing plans & priorities

Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with creative & media agencies to ensure timely & quality delivery of marketing activities
- Assess media plans & creatives, optimize allocations / changes and coordinate for approvals with senior management
Budget & Process Management
- Track marketing spend and assist in budget control
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting billings, documentation & finance submissions
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration in Marketing
- 3 – 5 years of marketing experience (preferably in automotive)
- 2 – 3 years of experience with MS office applications
- Familiarity with CRM and budgeting tools
- Relevant experience & understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM & social media)
- Experience with events is a plus
