Job Description

Assistant Marketing Manager – Automotive

Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence and drive business growth for assigned Al Tayer Motors (ATM) brands.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing 360 degrees marketing campaigns (digital, social media, OOH, radio, events and showroom activations) 
  • Prepare media & creative briefs aligned with business / campaign objectives
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables 
  • Monitor & optimize campaign performance 
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and automotive product positioning 
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to implement local marketing initiatives 
  • Support CRM campaigns (email, SMS, customer lifecycle journeys) 
  • Regular review the website to ensure all content, pricing and product are accurate and up to date 
  • Work with digital team to implement updates, correction and improvement

Data Driven Performance Management 

  • Track campaign KPIs (lead generation, conversions, web traffic, etc.) 
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI & engagement 
  • Leverage analytic tools / dashboards to measure customer behaviour and campaign impact 
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, ordering, finance, aftersales and any other within scope) to align marketing plans & priorities 
  • Facilitate communication between OEM & internal teams to maintain alignment with brand guidelines & expectation within scope of marketing

Internal Stakeholder & OEM Relationship Management 

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, ordering, finance, aftersales and any other within scope) to align marketing plans & priorities

Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Coordinate with creative & media agencies to ensure timely & quality delivery of marketing activities 
  • Assess media plans & creatives, optimize allocations / changes and coordinate for approvals with senior management     

Budget & Process Management

  • Track marketing spend and assist in budget control 
  • Improve workflows and operational efficiency 
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 
  • Supporting billings, documentation & finance submissions 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration in Marketing
  • 3 – 5 years of marketing experience (preferably in automotive)
  • 2 – 3 years of experience with MS office applications  
  • Familiarity with CRM and budgeting tools  
  • Relevant experience & understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM & social media) 
  • Experience with events is a plusÂ
