We are on the lookout for Dynamic, Passionate and Energetic candidates to join our successful team as Real Estate Agents.

Job requirements:

• Generating new business using the client database
• Matching clients to specific properties
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers with developers
• Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
• Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
• Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai

Key Job Functions:

• Stay in constant touch with your team manager/head to update about all ongoing lead updates, transactions and seek his help to improvise.
• Arranging appointments with company’s in-house photographer to take latest and HD pictures of the property.
• Follow documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.

• Driving license essential
