Position Overview:

As a Billing and Invoicing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining financial records, and facilitating seamless communication with our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in billing and invoicing, particularly within the UAE market, and possess strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process accurate invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
  • Review billing data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for invoicing.
  • Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Prepare and maintain billing reports and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and invoicing, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Software proficiency (e.g., ERP and Microsoft Office suite).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to billing and invoicing is preferred.
