  • Develop regular reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into production performance and support data-driven decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative production processes, reduce bottlenecks and rework, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Act as the central coordination point for production intake, prioritisation, and workload planning across stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align project requirements, timelines, capacity, and delivery expectations
  • Communicate production status, risks, dependencies, and potential delivery impacts to relevant stakeholders

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, Business, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of overall experience, with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in creative operations, production operations, traffic management, resource planning, or a similar function
  • Experience working in a creative agency, production environment, or large in-house Brand & Communications function
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent creative or production projects and high-volume workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in creative traffic management, production planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end creative production workflows, including project intake, scheduling, resourcing, production, review, and delivery

  • Experience monitoring operational metrics such as turnaround time, utilisation, SLA adherence, capacity, delivery performance, and cost efficiency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate realistic timelines
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and organisational skills within fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
