Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with specific experience in the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients in the UAE market, focusing on those who require digital marketing services.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Networking: Leverage existing connections in the Dubai market to accelerate business growth and establish a robust client base.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Client Management: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs promptly.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and business development, specifically within the UAE market.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Networking: Demonstrated ability to leverage personal and professional networks to secure new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
