BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB LOCATION: DUBAI & ABU DHABI BRANCH

Job Responsibilities:

. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within established monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.

Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal technical teams and key stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about product updates, market trends, and industry developments.

Stay informed of insurance industry developments, regulatory updates, competitor activities, and emerging products.

Prepare and submit accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-4 years of outdoor sales experience within the UAE market.

Valid UAE driving license.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Previous experience in the UAE insurance industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
