B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist – Pest Control Services
Job Summary:
The B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new corporate clients for pest control and facility hygiene services across the UAE. The role focuses on developing relationships with businesses such as hotels, restaurants, property management companies, facilities management firms, warehouses, and commercial buildings that require professional pest control solutions.
The ideal candidate will actively promote the company’s services, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the UAE market.
- Target industries such as hospitality, food & beverage, retail, real estate, warehouses, and facilities management.
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, site visits, and cold outreach.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to understand pest control requirements.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure proper service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor services, and UAE pest control regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in pest control, facilities management, cleaning services, or environmental services.
- Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market
