Patient Administrator

Job Description

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout their visit.
• Register patients accurately and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for Radiology and Outpatient Clinics.
• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain approvals, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
• Process patient billing, co-payments, deductibles, and other healthcare-related transactions.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, radiology departments, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance requirements, and patient confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial transactions.
• Support departmental operations and undertake additional administrative duties as required.

Requirement

sEducatio

• nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

.Experienc

• eMinimum 2-3 years of healthcare administration experience in the UAE
• .Proven experience working in Radiology and/or Outpatient Clinics within a hospital or healthcare setting
• .Strong experience in patient billing, insurance processes, and cash handling
• .Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and electronic medical records

• sStrong knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance processes and billing procedures
• .Excellent customer service and patient relation skills
• .Outstanding communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• .Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• .Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hospital systems

• .Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• .Willingness and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
