Community Manager | Premium Chocolate Brand | Dubai

We are seeking a passionate and socially savvy Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow our online and offline brand community. This role is the voice and personality of the brand across social platforms, responsible for creating authentic engagement, fostering loyal relationships, and turning fans into advocates.

The ideal candidate is energetic, culturally aware, and deeply connected to the world of food, lifestyle, and social trends — someone who can make every comment, message, and interaction feel personal and on-brand.Key Responsibilities:Community Engagement & Management:

  • Act as the brand’s voice across all social media platforms — including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage daily with followers through comments, messages, stories, and mentions to build a loyal community.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and reviews with warmth, creativity, and professionalism.
  • Proactively spark conversations and build emotional connections with the audience.
  • Identify and manage brand advocates, superfans, and ambassadors to amplify brand reach.

Content & Collaboration Support:

  • Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to plan, create, and post engaging content.
  • Share community insights and feedback to guide content themes and tone.
  • Coordinate with influencers, creators, and partner brands for co-created content and campaigns.
  • Support live coverage of events, launches, and collaborations (photos, stories, videos).

Trend Monitoring & Social Listening:

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, viral moments, and pop culture topics relevant to the brand.
  • Identify opportunities for reactive and trend-based content that can drive engagement.
  • Track sentiment and brand perception using social listening tools.
  • Report community insights, growth, and engagement trends to management.

Brand Storytelling & Experience:

  • Ensure every community touchpoint reflects the brand’s tone — joyful, premium, and creative.
  • Transform product and brand stories into emotional social narratives.
  • Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and create community-focused campaigns.
  • Develop small-scale community programs, such as giveaways, loyalty moments, or fan challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management or social media (FMCG, food, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and online engagement strategies.
  • Strong writing skills with an adaptable brand tone — witty, warm, and human.
  • Ability to handle high-volume community interactions gracefully.
  • Creative, empathetic, and naturally curious about people and culture.
  • Basic skills in content creation (Reels, Stories, short-form video editing) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
