Job Description

Location: Alain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: AED 6,000 + Nafis

Working Schedule:

6 days a week (Saturday off)

9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role is within the beauty industry, focusing on creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and building strong brand awareness.

Role Description

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop a monthly content calendar focused on salon services, promotions, events, and trends (e.g., seasonal hair care, skincare tips, etc.)

• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for content (e.g., transformation videos, client testimonials, how-tos)

2. Content Creation

• Take high-quality photos and videos of services, staff, client transformations (with consent)

• Write captions, blog posts, and service descriptions that educate, entertain, and promote

• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) featuring beauty tips, behind-the-scenes, or tutorials

• Design promotional materials using Canva or Adobe (flyers, loyalty cards, story highlights)

3. Social Media Management

• Manage salon’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok

• Post regularly, schedule content, and engage with followers through comments, DMs, and stories

• Launch and manage giveaways or interactive content (polls, Q&A, before/after challenges)

4. Local Marketing & Promotions

• Promote seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs, or referral incentives

• Collaborate with nearby businesses or local influencers for cross-promotions

• List the salon on local directories (Google Business, Yelp) and maintain up-to-date info

5. Analytics & Improvement

• Track social media insights (reach, saves, engagement) to see what content performs best

• Monitor Google Analytics or booking software to understand customer behavior

• Report results monthly and adjust content/strategy accordingly

6. Brand Management

• Ensure consistent tone, style, and messaging in all content and communication

• Keep visual branding aligned with the salon’s aesthetic (colors, typography, vibe)

• Work with stylists/technicians to highlight their specialties and personalities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience in creating, planning, and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Background in the beauty, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to grow engagement, create high-quality content, and drive brand awareness.

• Photography & lighting basics (especially for hair, nails, lashes, etc.)

• Video editing (Cap Cut, InShAot, or Adobe Premiere Rush)

• Canva or graphic design basics

• Social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)

• Knowledge of beauty trends and terminology
