Role Description: –

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Ain for a Creative Content Creator, Photographer and Videographer. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing photo and video content that showcases AKME GROUP L.L.C.’s brands, products, locations, and customer experiences across various digital platforms. Daily activities include capturing high-quality visual content in outlets, creating social media assets, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions. The person in this role will manage content calendars, ensure brand consistency, and adapt visuals for different channels including social media, websites, and in-store screens. The role also requires organizing shoots, maintaining equipment, and continuously exploring new creative concepts to elevate brand storytelling.

Qualifications: –

• Strong photography skills, including product, lifestyle, and food photography, with proficiency in lighting and composition.
• Videography and video editing skills, including storyboarding, filming, and post-production using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Graphic design and content creation skills for social media, with experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics, including content planning, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively on-site in café environments and production areas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, store teams, and management.
• Attention to detail, a creative mindset, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant photo and video work in hospitality, retail, or related fields.
• Relevant diploma or degree in media, photography, film, design, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
• Comfort working on-site in Al Ain and traveling between outlets in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi as needed.
