Job Description

The Customer Service Officer/Biller provides outmost customer service to all patients including helpdesk assistance, admission process, patient billing/discharge process and insurance coordination. QUALIFICATIONS: • UAE national with family book • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum 1 years experience working with medical facility – Administration. Freshers may apply as well. • Hands-on knowledge and experience in Health Insurance billing and approvals • Knowledge in Medical Terminologies. • Fluency in English is essential. Additional working knowledge of Arabic would be preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Health Services Administration, or any related field. • Computer literate is required.
