About the Role:
Fliixa Agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires someone who is highly organized, performance-driven, creative, and confident in both paid media and social media management.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience creating and managing lead generation campaigns across:
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads
In addition, this person will be responsible for managing the social media presence of Fliixa Agency’s main accounts plus ONLY 3 client accounts, including strategy, content planning, publishing coordination, community management, and replying to comments and inbox messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media / Lead Generation
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Create campaign structures, audience targeting, ad copy direction, and performance recommendations
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS where applicable
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing page approaches
• Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps
• Coordinate with internal teams on creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign execution
Social Media Management:
• Manage the social media channels for Fliixa Agency and 3 additional client accounts
• Prepare monthly and weekly social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain content calendars for all assigned accounts
• Coordinate content planning, captions, posting schedules, and campaign support
• Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual direction are consistent across all accounts
• Monitor account performance and suggest improvements for reach, engagement, and lead generation
Community Management:
• Reply professionally and promptly to comments, direct messages, and inbox messages
• Engage with followers and support lead handling through social platforms when needed
• Escalate priority inquiries or sales opportunities to the relevant team quickly
• Maintain a high standard of communication in English across all platforms
Requirements:
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi
• Must be able to start immediately
• Very good English is mandatory
• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially lead generation campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with:
* Meta Ads Manager
* TikTok Ads Manager
* Snapchat Ads
* LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Google Ads
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts at the same time
• Ability to create strategy, calendars, campaign plans, and performance reports
• Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and optimization methods
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Agency experience is a plus
