Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Freelance) with Real Estate experience
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support property sales. The role requires a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, digital advertising platforms, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and project launches.
- Manage all digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, social media, paid campaigns, CRM, and email marketing.
- Plan and oversee online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Drive lead generation initiatives for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring quality leads are delivered to the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative digital content and campaign assets.
- Manage website content and ensure optimal user experience and lead tracking.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration to enhance customer journey and retention.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, competitor activities, and market innovations relevant to real estate marketing.
- Coordinate with branding and offline marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate industry.
- Proficient in Salesforce with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, including Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns for property launches and brand-building initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent command of English and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.
