Digital Marketing Specialist – Interior Design

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing activities across two companies under the group, ensuring consistent brand visibility, lead generation, and online performance.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on campaign management, platform optimization, reporting, and digital growth. The position does not require an interior design background; however, experience in design, architecture, or luxury sectors would be advantageous.

The role works closely with Management, Sales, and the Marketing team to ensure alignment and performance.

Main Scope of Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management & Execution

  • Execute approved digital marketing plans across both companies
  • Manage and optimize:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
    • Paid social campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms)
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
  • Monitor and optimize cost-per-lead and campaign performance
  • Perform competitor monitoring and bench marking
  • Implement campaign adjustments based on performance data

Note: Strategic direction will be set by Management; this role focuses on implementation and optimization.

2. SEO & Website Management

  • Implement SEO best practices (on-page and technical)
  • Conduct keyword research aligned with company services
  • Optimize website pages, landing pages, and service descriptions
  • Monitor rankings and organic growth
  • Coordinate with web developers for structural or technical improvements
  • Ensure websites remain updated, accurate, and aligned with brand positioning

3. Social Media Platform Management

  • Manage and maintain all relevant social platforms across both companies
  • Schedule and publish content provided by the Marketing team
  • Ensure visual and brand consistency across platforms
  • Monitor engagement, messages, and online reviews (Google & social platforms)
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations

Content creation is not a core responsibility but may be considered a plus if the candidate has relevant capability.

4. Content Coordination (Not Primary Creation)y

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for content planning and scheduling
  • Assist in organizing project photography or videography where required
  • Support video uploads, reels formatting, and platform optimization
  • Ensure content is formatted correctly for each platform

5. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track performance using:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Ads dashboards
    • Social platform analytics
  • Prepare structured monthly reports including:
    • Website traffic
    • Lead generation
    • Cost per lead
    • Campaign ROI
    • Engagement metrics
  • Provide clear, data-backed recommendations for improvement

6. CRM & Lead Management (Zoho)

  • Manage Zoho CRM lead tracking
  • Ensure proper lead source attribution
  • Coordinate with Sales teams for lead handover
  • Generate reports on campaign performance and lead quality
  • Support optimization of workflows within Zoho (CRM | People | Recruit)

Requirements

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display)
    • SEO (technical & content optimization)
    • Website CMS management (WordPress or similar)
    • Social media platform management
    • Analytics & reporting
    • Zoho CRM (preferred)
  • Strong execution capability with attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills with performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Experience in design, architecture, real estate, or luxury sectors is preferred but not mandatory
