Real Estate Digital Marketing Expert – Dubai
Imperial Sky Realty L.L.C is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in:
– Meta Ads campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling
– Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
– SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
– Real estate lead generation with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion potential
– Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign funnel development
– Video ad ideation, concepts, hooks, and scriptwriting for high-performing campaigns
– Creative design and content direction for performance marketing campaigns
– Campaign tracking, analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization
– Ability to consistently generate and improve the quality of highly qualified real estate buyer and investor leads
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven digital marketing experience in the Dubai real estate industry is mandatory. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Dubai property buyer behavior, off-plan project marketing, lead-generation funnels, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
