Job Description
Director, Wholesale Islamic.CIBG – Islamic Banking.Corporate & Investment Banking Group
– Grow existing Islamic corporate book inorganically (NTB) & organically (Existing corporate book) within CIBG & IBG in collaboration with the relevant product partners & respective relationship teams.
– Maximize market share & maintain competitive edge amongst all Islamic entities across the CIBG & IBG footprint.
– Play an active & integral role in deal origination efforts and coordinating between client relationship team and product team(s) in the mandate execution.
– Maximize utilization of approved Islamic credit limits, by facilitating relationship team.
– Responsible for credit risk assessment along with the Relationship Managers (RMs), meeting the customers, preparing Credit Proposals (CPs) and liaising with Wholesale Risk Management (WRM) and the Compliance Unit to resolve all queries related to risk and compliance issues, respectively.
