E-commerce Specialist (Amazon & Shopify)

We’re Hiring: E-commerce Growth Executive (AI-Powered)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious E-commerce Growth Executive to join our team and help grow our men’s fashion brand.

We believe in working smarter with Artificial Intelligence (AI). You don’t need to be an expert in everything—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and is passionate about e-commerce and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize our Shopify store.
Manage our Amazon Seller Central account.
Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, exchanges, and returns.
Manage and grow our social media platforms.
Use AI tools to create content, improve product listings, analyze data, and increase productivity.
Monitor sales performance and suggest ideas to improve business growth.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and logistics partners when needed.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Good knowledge of Shopify.
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Good English communication skills.
Fast learner with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or willing to learn.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Salary & Incentives
AED 5,000 per month, structured as:
AED 3,000 fixed monthly salary
AED 2,000 sales commission package based on monthly sales targets
Additional progressive sales commissions as monthly sales increase and targets are exceeded.
