We are seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee Eurocoffee’s
ecommerce platforms, digital marketing activities, and online sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ecommerce management, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and website traffic growth strategies, with hands-on experience managing Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce Management
· Platform Management: Manage and update ecommerce platforms and product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and other online marketplaces.
· Product Information: Ensure accurate pricing, product descriptions, and inventory updates.
· Sales Monitoring: Monitor online sales performance and customer purchasing trends.
· Promotions & Campaigns: Coordinate promotional activities and online campaigns to increase sales.
· Operational Coordination: Coordinate with logistics, payment gateway providers, and customer support teams.
2. Digital Marketing Management
· Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Paid Advertising: Manage Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns, Google Ads, and other paid digital campaigns.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
· SEO & SEM: Optimise SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
· Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to support customer engagement and sales growth.
3. Website Management & Optimisation
· Customer Experience & Conversion: Improve website usability, customer experience, and conversion rates.
· Website Performance: Monitor website functionality, speed, and performance, recommending improvements where necessary.
· Team Coordination: Work with content creators, designers, and sales teams to improve online performance.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 10+ years’ experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably
within FMCG, retail, HoReCa, or distribution environments and e-commerce platforms
Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify platforms, Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol is mandatory.
Digital Marketing Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Analytics
Experience using Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools.
Ecommerce Operations
Experience managing product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and e-commerce operations.
Communication: Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
· Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of ecommerce sales and customer behaviour.
· Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and lead generation.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse digital performance and optimise campaigns.
· Organisation & Planning: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
