Executive – Sales Business Development(Arabic speaker)

Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures, seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive -Channel Sales to join our team in Sharjah.
Job Purpose:
The Executive – Sales Business Development is responsible for driving sales through brokerage channels by building strong partnerships, providing necessary support, and aligning brokerage efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
Job Accountabilities:
Expansion
- Onboard new local and international agencies to enhance sales.
- Reactivate inactive agencies through engagement initiatives.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokerage firms.
- Address and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate terms to create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Act as a liaison between brokers and internal teams to relay feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Sales Support & Enablement
- Provide agencies with tools, resources, and training to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
Strategic Planning
- Develop strategies to optimize brokerage performance and align with business goals.
- Implement incentive programs such as appreciation rewards and engagement events.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track brokerage performance, analyze sales trends, and provide regular reports to HSD.
Educational Qualification & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or a similar role.
- Must have experience working with a well-established network of brokers and real estate agents in the UAE market.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
