Executive – Sales Business Development(Arabic speaker)

Job Purpose:

The Executive – Sales Business Development is responsible for driving sales through brokerage channels by building strong partnerships, providing necessary support, and aligning brokerage efforts with the company’s strategic goals.

Job Accountabilities:

Expansion

  • Onboard new local and international agencies to enhance sales.
  • Reactivate inactive agencies through engagement initiatives.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokerage firms.
  • Address and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Negotiate terms to create mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between brokers and internal teams to relay feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Provide agencies with tools, resources, and training to enhance sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop strategies to optimize brokerage performance and align with business goals.
  • Implement incentive programs such as appreciation rewards and engagement events.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track brokerage performance, analyze sales trends, and provide regular reports to HSD.

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or a similar role.
  • Must have experience working with a well-established network of brokers and real estate agents in the UAE market.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
