Job Description

Crown Farms is looking for a highly driven and controls-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations and performance management function across our growing business. This role requires a commercially aware finance professional with strong operational finance expertise, integrated FP&A capability, and hands-on experience managing end-to-end finance processes in complex multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete financial control cycle across: Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) / Month-End Close.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing with complete balance sheet reconciliations
  • Drive inventory accounting accuracy, costing methodologies, and variance analysis
  • Monitor revenue integrity, sales reconciliation, receivables, and collection controls
  • Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidation support
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance analytics
  • Translate financial data into operational and commercial insights for management decision-making
  • Strengthen SOP compliance, ERP discipline, internal controls, and audit readiness
  • Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring adherence to reporting timelines and accountability standards

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in Retail / FMCG / Distribution combined with Manufacturing or Agriculture sectors
  • Strong hands-on exposure to: P2P, Inventory, O2C, and R2R cycles, Month-end close and financial controls
  • FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience working in integrated ERP environments
  • Professional qualification such as: ACCA, CA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent
  • Experience managing a finance team with a minimum of 4 direct reports
  • Exposure to multi-entity business environments
