Finance Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement:
Applicants must have Finance Management experience within the UAE healthcare sector. Candidates without UAE healthcare experience will not be considered.

Key Requirements:
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Excellent financial management skills, including cash flow management, financial planning, performance analysis, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience in financial modeling and business case development is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to partner effectively with executive and operational leaders.

Preferred:
• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives.
