General Manager Engineer

Abu Alnaga Construction is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Engineering & Construction) to lead our operations, drive business growth, and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects across the UAE.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record in the construction industry and extensive experience working with well-established construction and engineering companies in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

✅ 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, including senior leadership roles

✅ Strong experience with reputed construction and engineering companies in Dubai/UAE

✅ Proven expertise in project management, contract administration, budgeting, and operational excellence

✅ Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and client relationship management

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

✅ Sound knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and market practices

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage all construction and engineering operations

🔹 Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the business

🔹 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

🔹 Oversee project teams, engineering departments, and site operations

🔹 Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and government authorities

🔹 Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities

🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements
