Job Description


Job Summary

We are seeking a DHA/MOH licensed General Practitioner (GP) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or wellness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality, evidence-based aesthetic treatments while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical assessments.
  • Develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Botox injections
  • Dermal fillers
  • Skin boosters
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy
  • Mesotherapy
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • IV Therapy (where applicable)
  • Diagnose and manage common skin and aesthetic concerns.
  • Ensure all procedures are performed safely in accordance with DHA/MOH regulations and infection control standards.
  • Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to any treatment complications or adverse reactions.
  • Work closely with nurses, therapists, and reception staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Participate in developing aesthetic treatment packages and clinical protocols.
  • Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic technologies, products, and best practices.
  • Support the clinic’s marketing initiatives by participating in educational content, social media videos, patient awareness campaigns, and promotional events when required.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • Valid MOH General Practitioner License
  • Certification and training in aesthetic medicine.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Additional certifications in injectables and aesthetic procedures are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a GP in an aesthetic clinic or wellness center in the UAE
  • Proven experience in performing injectable and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
  • Experience using aesthetic laser devices is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic dermatology principles.
