Graduate Officer – Human Resource HRBP – Emirati Talent
 

Job Purpose:

Support the HR Business Partner team in aligning human resource strategies with business objectives. The role involves assisting in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Business Partners in supporting business units with day-to-day HR needs.
  • Help coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, including engagement, learning, and development programs.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Other Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to HR processes and organizational dynamics.
