Job Description

International Community Schools (ICS), Abu Dhabi, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identity across all school branches.

This role requires strong expertise in graphic design, social media content creation, and video editing, with the ability to produce engaging and impactful materials for both digital and print platforms.

Design creative marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and school publications

Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and event highlights

Maintain brand consistency across all campuses and communication channels

Collaborate with school principals and management to support campaigns and events

Design internal communication materials and presentations

Create engaging multimedia content, including animations and videos, for school websites and social media platforms

Design and update school-related documents, reports, and newsletters.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance creative output

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (education sector experience is an advantage)

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Experience in social media content strategy and post design

Strong video editing skills

Knowledge of photography and basic animation is a plus

Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
